Home training – No more excuses
Are you one of them who find it hard to squeeze in time for going to the gym? Or maybe you just think too expensive to get a membership at the gym? Perhaps you feel you haven’t got enough insight in how to train, and therefore don’t know where to start. Some are even ashamed of their bodies and don’t want to train in public with others. It’s sad, but true. However, no more excuses now, home training is possible for nearly everyone! Here is a short introduction on the topic home training. I will follow up this guide with more in-depth articles.
I could continue for ages about really good and easy home exercises but these are my favourites.
A little nice tip: Use water bottles as weights. If you are looking for some arm, shoulder and back exercises with weights water bottles are the perfect fit.
What Can You Expect of Your Home Training?
So what can you expect of your home training really then? As always it depends a lot on your goals. If your ultimate goal is to get big and put on some size, I don’t recommend home training in the long run. You probably won’t be able to add enough resistance, so that your body can respond by growing bigger.
If your goals are less ambitious, home training is a great way to build a sound base of functionality, mobility, flexibility and strength enough for modern everyday life. Home training ticks the boxes (unless your expectations are too high).
To sum it up, here are some home training pro’s:
- You don’t have to care about bad weather
- You don’t need to drive to the gym
- It costs next to nothing
- Done right it can be a lot of fun
- You can workout to your favourite music blasting in the speakers
- You can workout in front of the TV
- You can train in your boxers if you like, or even nothing if that’s what suits you
Best aspect of it all it’s definitely that you can ROCK YOUR ASS OFF AND NO ONE CAN SEE YOU GOING FULL RETARD!
