How to handle stress? It’s easier said than done to stop stressing around all the time. Fact is that you actually can learn to master the stress, how stress resistant you are differs a lot from person to person. Some handle stress very well while others struggling a lot with it. In the end it’s all about planning your days ahead.
First of all you need to find the reasons why you stress so much? If you could find the reasons why you stress it all become so much easier when it comes to handle the stress. It’s worth pointing out that there is a connection between stress and bad sleep. Do you really sleep as much as you should? Or maybe it’s time to look over your sleeping routines.
Seek joy and laugh in you daily life, that will automatically lower your cortisol levels. Start exercise regularly and eat more healthy food. Don’t stress while eating, take your time and relax for a short period of time after a meal.
One important thing that I find helping me a lot to relax is to plan the weeks in advance. I plan what I’m going to have for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a whole week. I pack my gym bag, my things that I need for work and get all my clothes that I’m supposed to wear for the next day the night before. All those small things help me a lot.
